  • Weekly prenatal exercise classes (set start and end dates) with exercises designed specifically for pregnancy to tone you up and strengthen your core (1 hour classes)
  • Weekly pregnancy fitness tips
  • 2 pregnancy videos to do at home in between sessions
  • Weekly food tips to have a healthier pregnancy
  • Delicious healthy juices and healthy cakes to improve your nutrition for more energy (weeks 3 and 5)
  • Modifications provided for different trimesters and different fitness levels

Please note: Due to the nature of the extra tips, pregnancy nutrition advice and consistent personal attention Vicky provides, the 6 week programes are booked as a full course of 6 weeks to enable the clients to have the best experience and feel the benefits. There are no 'drop in' classes. Please make a note in your diary of all dates of the program as we do not provide refunds for any missed classes of the program.

Vicky Warr is a qualified accredited pregnancy and postnatal fitness specialist with over 17 years experience in the fitness industry.
