After you’ve had your baby the right kind of exercise will help you to ditch the 'mummy tummy' to safely tone and tighten the muscles safely and effectively.

The 6 Week Program

  • Weekly fitness sessions (1 hour each) limited to 8 places to give you personal attention and expert instruction to learn how to do the exercises correctly. 
  • Weekly easy to do nutrition tips specific to post pregnancy to boost energy and muscle tone. 
  • Delicious healthy juices and cakes (weeks 3 and 5)
  • Suitable for: Postnatal from 6 weeks up to baby crawling age, those with Diastasis (check required and physiotherapists referrals) and for c-section deliveries.  
  • Level of fitness: beginners, intermediate or more advanced fitness.  
  • Babies welcome, bouncy chairs and colourful baby projector disco lamp provided.

Please note: Due to the nature of the extra tips, postnatal nutrition advice and consistent personal attention Vicky provides, the 6 week programs are booked as a full course of 6 weeks to enable the clients to have the best experience and get the most benefit. Therefore there are 'drop in' classes. Please make a note in your diary of all dates as we do not provide refunds for any missed classes of the program.
