The 6 Week Program 

  • Weekly sessions (1 hour each) with a routine of total body and tummy exercises specifically designed for post pregnancy (no matter when that was)
  • Nutrition tips for you and your whole family to be and feel healthier (emailed)
  • Weekly exercise and fitness tips
  • Delicious healthy juices and healthy cakes to improve your nutrition (weeks 3 and 5). 
  • Suitable from 6 months postnatal up to 6 years.
  • Modifications provided! Suitable for those who have exercised before or completed the New Mamas Program. Intermediate or for those with a more advanced level of fitness.

When: Tuesday 6th November to Tuesday 11th December (6 weeks), Tuesdays at 8.30pm to 9.30pm. (LAST 6 WEEK PROGRAM!)

Please note: Due to the nature of the extra tips, nutrition advice and consistent personal attention, the 6 week programs are booked as a full course of 6 weeks. This enables clients to have the best experience and feel the the benefits. There are no 'drop in' sessions. We are also unable to provide refunds for any missed classes of the program or for single classes. All 6 week programs must be pre-booked and paid for prior to participating.

Vicky Warr is a qualified accredited pregnancy and postnatal fitness specialist with over 17 years experience in the fitness industry. She is the pregnancy and postnatal fitness expert to Gurgle Magazine (one of the UK's leading maternity magazines) and contributor to BBC Radio and Mothercare. Her class programs are accredited by Women's Health Physiotherapists and Queen Charlotte's Maternity Hospital in London.
